Q: How many properties can I upload?

A: There is no limit to your uploading properties onto iPropertyMLS. Each property can contain as many photos as you like. If you select the Premium package, your options include sharing any of the properties you manage, through our NET and iPropertyGROUP. Interested? contact us now!!!
Q: How long can I have my properties online for?

A: Your properties will remain online for an unlimited amount of time. However, we do suggest that you update your uploads on a regular basis so that every viewer can share real time accurate information for users’ convenience
Q: Who will access and view my properties?

A: This will solely depend on the option package you have selected. Should you have chosen the Basic package, the properties will be viewed on your website and the iPropertyMLS control panel by users within your company only.
You will depend exclusively on your own marketing schemes to expand your lead potential.
The Premium package offers more options and ensures a wider exposure since you will be sharing your listings throughout the iPropertyGROUP NET, a worldwide network of agents.

Q: What happens when a potential lead is interested in a property?

A: Any request for any of your marketed properties will be directed via email to your preferred email address, as specified by you. Should you have selected the Basic package, any request will be directed to you. The Premium members will be contacted directly by any of the member agents within the iPrpertyMLS network.
